Returns Policy
Please note we do not accept refunds, unless products are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please inspect your products when received and contact us immediately if you have any issues. We will happily evaluate and replace any items that are deemed defective. Please note we carefully inspect all products before posting and use protective packaging, to help ensure they make their way to you in the best possible condition.
You will need to contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and have:
- proof of purchase
- photographs of the defect or damage on arrival
- photos of original packaging

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package back to us and will happily replace the item after inspection. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
